Hi, I'm Jocelyn I help women stop going through the motions and actually feel alive in their bodies again.

I didn't start this work because I had it all figured out. I started it because I didn't.

Like a lot of women, I spent years doing everything I was "supposed" to do — staying active, eating well, pushing through — while quietly feeling disconnected from my own body. Not unhealthy exactly. Just… absent from myself.

That changed in 2013 when I took my first menstrual cycle course. Learning how cyclical hormonal shifts affect energy, mood, and physical needs didn't just reshape how I cared for myself — it opened a door I couldn't close. I completed hormone health training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and went deep into menstrual wellness, nervous system support, and what it actually means to care for a woman's body across the full arc of her cycle.

But education alone wasn't enough. I needed to move.

Movement became the missing piece.

Pole dance changed everything for me — not because it was glamorous or performative, but because it demanded that I actually inhabit my body. Show up for it. Trust it. It was the first movement practice that made me feel strong and soft at the same time.

That experience shaped everything I now teach. I'm a certified XPERT Pole Fitness instructor with additional certifications from S Factor® and Liquid Motion®. My movement work is grounded in anatomy, biomechanics, and progressive training methods that prioritize your safety, mobility, and long-term health over aesthetics or performance.

I'm also a DONA International–trained postpartum doula. This deepened my understanding of how women's bodies navigate major hormonal and physical transitions — and how much rest, recovery, and responsive care matter during those times.

Today I bring all these things together — women's health education, flexibility training, mobility work, and movement — to help women feel stronger, more comfortable, and more at home in their bodies. This isn't about fixing yourself or chasing a certain look. It's about building real body trust, improving how you move, and developing practices that actually hold up in real life.

The women I work with come from all different starting points. Some have tried everything. Others are just beginning. What they share is a quiet sense that something is missing — and a readiness to find it.

If that's you, you're in the right place.
